Compared with the soya smelland estrogen-like reasons of traditional soy protein, pea protein is also being favored by more and more vegetarian lovers because of its good performance and high nutritional value.
Shandong Arrow Machinery Co., Ltd. develops high-moisture and low-moisture dry protein products mainly using pea protein to meet the increasingly changing market demand.
Different from wheat protein and soy protein isolate, the state of pea protein after extrusion and recombination has no obvious cross-link texture ,condition and shape, the appearance of the product tends to be a layered structure.
